New York Woman Charged With Possession Of Credit Card Manufacturing Equipment

Federal authorities arrested Bush on September 6, 2019. During the course of the court hearings, it was determined that Bush is currently on parole of out New York State for the crime of assault causing serious physical injury. Bush has been detained pending trial, which is set for November 4, 2019.

According to the indictment, Bush possessed equipment that could be used to manufacture fraudulent credit cards.
An indictment is merely a formal charge that a defendant has committed one or more violations of federal criminal law, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless, and until, proven guilty.

This case was investigated by the United States Secret Service (Jacksonville Field Office) and the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. It will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Kevin C. Frein.
