Without authorization, Pick used Company A’s credit cards for his own personal expenses. In total, Pick stole approximately $140,791.21 from Company A.

If convicted, Pick faces 20 years of imprisonment, (3) three years of supervised release, a $250,000 fine and a $100.00 special assessment fee. U.S. Attorney Strasser praised the work of the United States Secret Service in investigating this matter.
