On Monday, December 3, 2018, the below roads and Interstates between Joint Base Andrews and the U.S. Capitol will begin closure at 3:15 p.m. and will remain closed until approximately 4:30 p.m. While these closures are in effect, expect extensive traffic delays and closures of side streets.

The motorcade will depart Joint Base Andrews via the Maryland Gate and will travel on/near the following roads:

Forestville Road
Suitland Parkway (Both Directions)
Sterling Avenue SE
I-295 South
Washington Avenue SW
Independence Avenue SW
3rd Street SW
Constitution Avenue NW
Delaware Avenue NE

On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, the below roads between the U.S. Capitol and the Washington National Cathedral will begin closure at 9:15 a.m. and will remain closed until approximately 11:00 a.m. While these closures are in effect, expect extensive traffic delays and closures of side streets.
