| Case Summary: | Edward Lee Waddell is wanted by the United States Secret Service Houston Area Fraud Task Force for his involvement in a number of fraudulent mortgage transactions. Waddell received more than $500,000 from the scheme, which resulted in more than $1,000,000 in losses to mortgage lenders. On March 4, 2009, Waddell was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Southern District of Texas - Houston Division for conspiracy, conspiracy to launder funds and wire fraud. Waddell is believed to be in the Houston, Texas area. |
