The application and $600 entry fee are due Wednesday, March 31, 2011. The fee for applications received after March 31, 2011 is $650.

Applications must be submitted by Thursday, March 31, 2011. To complete the application process, submit your team registration form online, then mail a copy of it along with one check for $600 to:
