Case Summary: The U.S. Secret Service and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service are requesting the public's assistance in locating fugitives and identifying a number of persons responsible for cashing and depositing stolen checks using fake identifications in and around the Washington, DC, Richmond and Fredericksburg, Virginia areas.

In June 2009, federal arrest warrants were issued through the Eastern District of Virginia U.S. District Court for 10 of the co-conspirators, which led to the arrest of seven individuals. There are currently three fugitives in the Washington, D.C., Chicago and Miami area along with three unidentified suspects still at large.

GEORGE LEE REID, 41, is a life long Washington, D.C. resident and is described as a black male, 6'0, 170 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Reid is known to have either a moustache or a full beard.

WENONA LATRICE WHITE, 37, is described as a black female, 5'6, 160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. White is married and may be going by the last name Lipsey. White is allegedly seven months pregnant and may be staying in and around Chicago, IL or South Bend, IN area.

SYDNEY ANTHONY CHARLES, 63, is described as a black male, 6'1, 160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Charles has a Jamaican accent and has ties to Washington, D.C., Brooklyn, NY, Belmont, CA, and Miami, FL.

UNIDENTIFIED SUSPECT NUMBER 1
Unidentified suspect #1 is described as a black male in his 50s or 60s, 5'9 to 5'11, 150 to 170 lbs, with a white/gray moustache and glasses.

UNIDENTIFIED SUSPECT NUMBER 2
Unidentified suspect #2 is described as a black female in her 40s to 50s, 5'3 to 5'6, 140 to 160 lbs. She has worn several wigs to disguise her true age and hair color.

UNIDENTIFIED SUSPECT NUMBER 3
Unidentified suspect #3 is described as a black female in her 30s to 40s, 140 to 160 lbs, black hair and brown eyes. She has worn wigs to disguise her appearance and has worn a gold chain with a gold cross each time.
